We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our marketing company. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls and emails, nurturing existing leads, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate new business
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and lead follow-up
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and goals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Continuously learn about industry trends, products, and competition to stay up-to-date with market changes

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Past prospecting experience is a plus
• Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
